2004, His Excellency, The Honourable Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby reappoints to
the Securities Commission, as established under the Securities Act 1978
Keitha Lynette Dunstan, of Wellington
as a member for a term of five years commencing on
10 July 2008 and expiring on 9 July 2013; and
Mai Chen, of Wellington
as a member for a term of one year commencing on
1 September 2008 and expiring on 31 August 2009.
