Pursuant to section 8ZP of the Food Act 1981, notice is given of the issue on 1 July 2008 of the Food Act (Criteria for Food Safety Programmes – Exemption from Food Hygiene Regulations 1974) Guidelines 2008, which come into force on 1 August 2008.
Copies of the guidelines may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68–86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
