Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 19 December 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1981 Ford Cortina, Registration No. BKB860.
Against: Joseph Anthony Smith.
1994 Toyota Landcruiser, Registration No. BCT781.
Against: Joanne Elizabeth Price.
1995 Subaru Legacy, Registration No. CDN181.
Against: Peteru Junior Time.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4131) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
