Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Christchurch District Court on 17 December 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1995 Mitsubishi Lancer, Registration No. CMR938.
Against: Justin James Orpwood.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4131) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
