Take notice that I, Jane Katharine Meares, Treasury Solicitor, pursuant to section 325(1) of the Companies Act 1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, any interest of Her Majesty The Queen in the vessel known as Venture II with the owner being Tenaces Corporation International Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on or around 13 October 2007.
