Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Ashburton District Court
on 16 June 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1986 Mazda 323, Registration No. MX6751.
Against: Hamish Neill Stevens.
1988 Holden Commodore, Registration No. SS8364.
Against: Luke Angus Holmes.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 307 9060) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
