Pursuant to section 316(1)(b) of the Education Act 1989, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Education (Licence Exempt Kohanga Reo) Notice 2008.
2. The notice will come into effect on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
3. This notice will expire on 31 October 2008.
4. Under this notice, the following services are classified as premises of a class or description for the time being exempt from the requirement to be licensed for the period of this notice:
Tomairangi te Kohanga Reo, Gisborne
Wharehoa te Kohanga Reo, Lower Hutt
Te Ao Hou te Kohanga Reo, Taumarunui
5. The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
31 August 2006, No. 103, page 3034, is revoked.
