Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Taupo District Court
on 18 June 2008, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1990 Mazda Familia, Registration No. ECD305.
Against: Zara Loata Boag.
2000 Holden Commodore, Registration No. DUK55.
Against: Micheal Russell John Barker.
Any person having a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 376 0300) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
