Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 December 2006, which was granted under those Regulations to Lesley Law in respect of Koru Grove ECE School (10049), situated at 293 Wainui Road, Silverdale, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
