Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 August 2007, which
was granted under those Regulations to Lynda Richardson in respect of Remuera Playcentre (22030), situated at
12A St Vincents Avenue, Remuera, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
