Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) and clause 1(2) of Schedule
5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General has appointed
Kevin John Simpkins, of Wellington
as a member and deputy chair of the Accounting Standards Review Board, as established under the Financial Reporting Act 1993, for a term of five years commencing on 15 June 2008 and expiring on 14 June 2013.
