Pursuant to section 254 of the Resource Management Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to reappoint
Ross Morgan Dunlop, of Auckland
Samuel Kevin Prime, M.B.E., of Kawakawa
each to be an Environment Commissioner for a period of five years on and from 9 June 2008;
Sheila Jane Watson, of Christchurch
to be an Environment Commissioner for a period of
two years on and from 9 June 2008; and
Owen Mervyn Borlase, of Christchurch
to be a Deputy Environment Commissioner for a period of three years on and from 9 June 2008.
