Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 4 June 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1988 Nissan Cefiro, Registration No. WU1533.
Against: Rikki Paul Brazier.
1992 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. YE5322.
Against: Jonathan Vincent William Lynn.
1993 Subaru Impreza, Registration No. YZ5677.
Against: Karlos David Panui.
1994 Toyota RAV 4, Registration No. DBU790.
Against: John Birch.
1996 Mitsubishi Lancer, Registration No. DBB82.
Against: Noelan Auther Anderson.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4135) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
