Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 3 June 2008 of the Animal Products (Requirement for Recognised Agencies to Notify of Termination of Contract) Notice 2008, which comes into force on 5 June 2008.
Copies of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68–86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
