Pursuant to section 4(2) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908, the Minister of Commerce hereby gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Industrial and Provident Societies (Amount of Shares) Notice 2008.
2. The amount of $25,000.00 is hereby specified in respect of the society in the Schedule to this notice, being the amount in excess of which no member of the society shall have or claim any interest in the shares of that society.
