Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004,
Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government has appointed
Jeffrey John Lucy, A.M., of New South Wales, Australia
as a member of the Accounting Standards Review Board, as established under the Financial Reporting Act 1993, for
a term commencing on 1 June 2008 and expiring on
10 December 2010.
