Radiocommunications Regulations (Returns in Respect of Supply of Radio Transmitters) Notice 2008

Pursuant to Regulation 19 of the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001 ("the Regulations") made under section 134(1)(a) of the Radiocommunications Act 1989, and acting under delegated authority from the chief executive, I give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title, commencement and purpose-(1) This notice is the Radiocommunications Regulations (Returns in Respect of Supply of Radio Transmitters) Notice 2008.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 June 2008.
(3) This notice prescribes the classes of radio transmitters for which a return is not required under Regulation 18(3) from the holders of licences to supply radio transmitters granted pursuant to Regulation 18(1) or 18(2) of the Regulations.
2. Returns in respect of supply of radio transmitters-
A return in respect of the supply of radio transmitters is not required for any class or classes of radio transmitters.

This notice provides that, pursuant to regulations made under the Radiocommunications Act 1989, returns in respect of the supply of radio transmitters are no longer required. This notice comes into force on 1 June 2008.
