Pursuant to sections 112(1)(d) and 113 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on
9 November 2007, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:
THAT
1. the name of David Craig Stevenson be struck off the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors.
2. the practitioner pay the sum of $1,036.15 to the
New Zealand Law Society.
3. the practitioner pay the sum of $750.00 to the Wellington District Law Society.
