Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 14 May 2008, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1987 Toyota Corolla S/W, Registration No. RU1880.
Against: Nathan Kenneth Bonniface.
1988 Mitsubishi Mirage, Registration No. AHZ992.
Against: Christopher Ian Chambers.
1995 Nissan Datsun, Registration No. EFM774.
Against: Resamino Silivetelo.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4438) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
