Pursuant to section 13 of the Interpretation Act 1999 and section 52 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby advises that in
the notice with the above heading published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 13 March 2008, No. 58, page 1631, the reference number for the World Health Organisation monograph Environmental Health Criteria (June 2007) referred to in Policy 9 which was incorrectly stated as
"No. 328"
should be replaced with
"No. 238".
