Pursuant to section 57 of the Judicature Act 1908,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand,
in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, has been pleased to appoint
The Honourable William David Baragwanath, a Judge
of the High Court of New Zealand
to be a Judge of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand to take effect on 2 February 2008.
