The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 March 2008, No. 58, page 1629, stated incorrectly that
Michael Bevan Smith, solicitor, of Whangarei
was appointed as Crown Solicitor at Wellington.
The notice should have stated
Michael Bevan Smith, solicitor, of Whangarei
was appointed as Crown Solicitor at Whangarei, to take effect on 1 April 2008.
Note: The correction is not intended to affect the status of the remainder of the notice.
