1. This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
2. Product ruling No. 07/05 was issued on 18 October 2007. It relates to the application of various provisions
of the Income Tax Act 2004 to the operation of
the Tortis-International Fund. It will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 20, No. 1, February 2008.
