Pursuant to section 29(1)(b) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, and under section 28(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint
Nancy Te Urumanao Tuaine
as a member of the board of Whanganui District Health Board; and under clause 10(1) of Schedule 3 to the
New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000,
I appoint
Ormond Brian Stock
as deputy chairperson of the board of Whanganui District Health Board.
These appointments take effect on 24 April 2008 and will end on 5 December 2010.
