In the notice with the above heading, dated the 20th day of March 2008 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
27 March 2008, No. 64, page 1855, please replace the reference to expression 16 in Part 2 of Schedule 2 with
“16. Ling headed, gutted and tailed—
The conversion factor for headed, gutted, and tailed ling is 1.65.”
then insert
“This notice comes into effect on 1 April 2008.”
