Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 19 March 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1993 Isuzu Big Horn, Registration No. BZR606.
Against: William Frederick Baker.
1994 Mazda MPV, Registration No. ZD9420.
Against: Hyo Ki Jung.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4438) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
