Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Tauranga District Court
on 27 March 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1987 Honda Civic, Registration No. CTJ794.
Against: Clare Rita O’Donnell.
1997 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. DPJ568.
Against: James William Gudsell.
1997 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. DML996.
Against: Jared Lawrence Goring.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 928 7200) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
