1. This is a notice of a public ruling made under section 91D of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
2. Public ruling BR Pub 07/11 entitled “GST – Lottery operators and promoters” was issued on 21 December 2007. BR Pub 07/11 applies for the period beginning on 21 December 2007 and ending on 21 December 2012.
It will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 20, No. 1 of February 2008.
