Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Timaru District Court
on 19 February 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1987 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. TH4910.
Against: John Andrew Haren.
1989 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. OK2859.
Against: Richard Bruce Barr.
1993 Ford Falcon, Registration No. SH1754.
Against: Mitchell James McSkimming.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 687 9290) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
