Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 27 February 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1984 Mazda Familia 323, Registration No. AQB204.
Against: Shaden Wayne Brian Laing.
1995 Mazda 323, Registration No. TW4829.
Against: Ilaitia Naborisi.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4088) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
