Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 29 February 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1983 Nissan Pulsar, Registration No. OL2995.
Against: Travis James Baillie.
1989 Toyota Camry, Registration No. DGG68.
Against: Travis James Baillie.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4088) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
