Pursuant to section 11 of the Commerce Act 1986, I hereby appoint
David Francis Caygill
as an associate member of the Commerce Commission in respect of electricity-related matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986.
This appointment commences on 1 January 2008 and expires on 7 October 2010, unless
David Francis Caygill
ceases to be a member of the Electricity Commission, at which date he would also cease to be an associate member of the Commerce Commission.
