Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Dallas Murdoch
as commissioner for Kakatahi School.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees
of Kakatahi School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on the day after the date of publication.
