In the notice with the above heading, dated the 28th day
of April 2003 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
1 May 2003, No. 42, page 1129, please replace clauses 3(c) and 3(d) with the following interpretations:
“(c) Matai Hamuera Broughton to manage customary food gathering in the area described by a line beginning:
(i) on the coastline at Owahanga (40°41.0'S 176°21.5'E);
(ii) then perpendicular to the coastline out to the
12 nautical mile limit (40°47.5'S 176°34.1'E);
(iii) then south along the 12 nautical mile limit to a point (41°01.0'S 176°22.3'E);
(iv) then west towards the Whareama River at (41°01.0'S 176°06.5'E);
(v) and then north-east following the coastline to the point of commencement.
(d) Pikihuia Monica Wilton to manage customary food gathering in the area described by a line beginning:
(i) on the coastline at Mataikona (40°47.0'S 176°16.0'E);
(ii) then perpendicular to the coastline out to the
12 nautical mile limit (40°52.0'S 176°30.5'E);
(iii) then south along the 12 nautical mile limit to a point (41°01.0'S 176°22.3'E);
(iv) then west towards the Whareama River at (41°01.0'S 176°06.5'E);
(v) and then north-east following the coastline to the point of commencement.”
