In the notice with the above heading, dated the 22nd day
of October 2004 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 October 2004, No. 138, page 3417, please replace clause 2(d)(ii) with the following interpretation:
“(ii) secondly, an area described by a line beginning:
(a) on the coastline at Owahanga (40°41.0'S 176°21.5'E);
(b) then perpendicular to the coastline out
to the 12 nautical mile limit (40°47.5'S 176°34.1'E);
(c) then south along the 12 nautical mile limit to a point (41°01.0'S 176°22.3'E);
(d) then west towards the Whareama River at (41°01.0'S 176°06.5'E); and
(e) then north-east following the coastline to the point of commencement.”
