Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Pukekohe District Court
on 5 March 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1992 Mazda Familia, Registration No. YG5049.
Against: Michael Ross Kaaho.
1994 BMW 730i, Registration No. ACK257.
Against: Carl Daniel Clarke.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (09) 237 0140) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
