Pursuant to section 38 of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, I hereby give notice of approval of
the Immigration Advisers Competency Standards 2008
and the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct 2008, which will come into effect on 4 May 2008.
The standards and the code of conduct can be viewed
and downloaded free from the Immigration Advisers Authority ("Authority") website
www.iaa.govt.nz
