Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the Notice of Appointment of a Commissioner for Benneydale School (as published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 12 April 2007, No. 40, page 1011) and appoint
Colin Muter
as commissioner.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Benneydale School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
