Pursuant to section 11 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I reappoint
Robyn Northey
as a member to the Northern X Regional Ethics Committee for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification; and appoint:
Jocelyn Byrd
Linda Kaye
as members to the Northern X Regional Ethics Committee for three-year terms of office commencing on the date of this notification; and
Dr Vanya Kovach
as chair of the Northern X Regional Ethics Committee for
a two-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification.
