Under section 140 of the Intellectual Disability (Compulsory Care and Rehabilitation) Act 2003, I have revised the geographical and operational areas as listed below for
the following person as a compulsory care co-ordinator.
Midland Region, being the geographical area including Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Taranaki and Tairawhiti; and
Southern Region, being the geographical area including the whole of the South Island:
Lizette Huitema
The revision of the appointment of the above-named person takes effect on 27 February 2008 and ends on 31 August 2009.
