Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Meng Foon, hereby terminate
the state of local emergency made for the Gisborne City Ward on 21 December 2007 at 1.00am.
The termination of the state of civil defence emergency shall take effect from 22 December 2007 at 5.12pm.
