Pursuant to clause 28(3)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Economic Development and the Minister of Trade have been pleased to appoint
Jon Mayson, of Tauranga
as a member of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Board for three years from 20 February 2008, and also as chairman from 1 April 2008, with these appointments expiring on 19 February 2011; and reappoint
Craig Ellison, of Wellington
as a member of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Board for 12 months from 1 April 2008.
