Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act
2004, I, Jane Meares, Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 12 February 2008, The Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance, and The Honourable Rick Barker, Minister of Internal Affairs, gave approval under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for the
New Zealand Lotteries Commission to increase its debt facilities in the form of an overdraft from $2 million to
$6 million, provided such debt is held at a bank or building society that meets the credit rating test in the Crown Entities (Financial Powers) Regulations 2005.
