Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Notice is given as follows:
1. On 15 December 2008, Prudential Mortgage Nominees Limited, of Christchurch, as mortgagee under mortgage instrument 6950308.3, entered into physical possession of mortgaged property owned by Riverway Couriers Limited, of Hastings. The mortgagee had been granted an order for possession through the Napier High Court on 18 September 2008 and a writ of possession on
27 November 2008.
2. The description of the mortgaged property is the
Old Dairy Factory, Ngawapurua, Woodville, and more specifically being the land contained in
Computer Freehold Registers HBD1/1370, HBD1/1371 and HBJ4/895 (Hawke's Bay Land Registry).
3. The address of the mortgagee is care of its registered office at Level 2, 9 Baigent Way, Christchurch.
