situated at 1/44 Kempthorne Crescent, Mission Bay, Auckland, and at 2/44 Kempthorne Crescent, Mission Bay, Auckland, being more particularly described as:
(a) an undivided one-half share of an estate in fee simple in 3273 square metres Lot 34 DP 52923,
and the leasehold interest in Flat 2 DP 195919, and being all the fee simple and leasehold interests comprised in Identifier NA124C/67 (North Auckland Land Registry); and
(b) an undivided one-half share of an estate in fee simple in 3273 square metres Lot 34 DP 52923,
and the leasehold interest in Flat 1 DP 195919 and Carport 1 DP 195919, and being all the fee simple and leasehold interests comprised in Identifier NA124C/66 (North Auckland Land Registry)
such interests being subject to the easements covenants and restrictions as set out on the aforesaid title identifiers.
