the mortgaged property known as Hideaway Cove Limited and situated at Inlet Road, Kerikeri, being all the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA122B/108 (North Auckland Land Registry).
The registered office of Matrix Custodian Limited is Level 1, 222 Bush Road, Albany, Auckland.
