Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Sections 137, 139 and 156 of the Property
Law Act 2007
Notice is hereby given that Southland Building Society,
as mortgagee ("the mortgagee") under mortgage 7079953.3 ("the mortgage") over the property located at 1/21 Rawhiti Street, Taupo, contained and described in Computer Freehold Register 252282 (South Auckland Land Registry) ("the property") took possession of the property secured by the mortgage from Shaun Bradley Watson and Jasmine Hinewai Ebert ("the mortgagors") on 13 October 2008 in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Property Law Act 2007.
This notice has been issued for Southland Building Society by Paul Stuart Gooby, solicitor for the above-named mortgagee of the firm Cavell Leitch Pringle and Boyle, whose address for service of the above-named mortgagee is at the offices of Cavell Leitch Pringle and Boyle, Level 15, Clarendon Tower, corner of Oxford Terrace and Worcester Street, Christchurch 8011.
