1. On 8 October 2008, North South Finance Limited,
by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6879616.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), the property situated
at 509 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Orewa, Auckland, being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title NA107D/120 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
2. The registered office of North South Finance Limited is at Plaza Level, Plaza Towers, 308 Parnell Road (PO Box 37216), Parnell, Auckland.
3. Any correspondence pertaining to this matter should
