Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Susan Buckland, daughter of William Thorne Buckland, of Dunedin, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto and is presumed
dead having been registered as the owner on or about
23 September 1872.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Land set aside for Rich and William Streets, Deeds Plan
142 and being part Sections 42 and 44, Block X, Moeraki Survey District (balance Deeds Index H130) and containing 9107 square metres, subject to survey (Otago Registry).
