Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) George Buckley, gentleman, formerly of Christchurch, but late of The Esplanade, Brighton, Victoria, Australia, who died at that address on 19 November 1895, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.
Schedule
A narrow esplanade strip of approximately 1041 square metres adjacent to Quinns Road, Christchurch, part of
a Deed of Conveyance 20D/460, parts of Rural Sections 2164, 2168, 2392 and 1140 between the (now) Shirley Creek and (now) Quinns Road, Christchurch (Canterbury Registry).
